TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION
These terms govern the relationship between HADRY s.r.o., Ježkova 1054/10, Prague, Company ID: 23217120, and the buyer.

2. ORDER AND CONTRACT
The contract is concluded upon order confirmation. The seller may refuse the order.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices include VAT. Payment methods include card and bank transfer.

4. DELIVERY
Delivery time is typically 2–7 working days.

5. WITHDRAWAL
The buyer may withdraw within 14 days without reason.

6. COMPLAINTS
Complaints can be submitted within 24 months and will be resolved within 30 days.

7. LIABILITY
The seller is responsible for defects at the time of delivery.

8. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data is processed according to GDPR.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).

10. FINAL PROVISIONS
The seller reserves the right to amend these terms.
